Tulumbe
Potrebno:
- 500 ml vode
- 500 ml mleka
- 100 ml ulja
- na vrh noža soli
- 500 gr brašna
- 1 prašak za pecivo
- 6 jaja
Za sirup:
PROČITAJ DALJE......
Syrup: Begin with the syrup. Combine all the ingredients in a pan and heat gently until the sugar dissolves. Now bring to a boil and continue cooking until the mixture is moderately thick and syrupy (8-10 min). Take off the heat and set aside.
Pastry: In a medium size pan put water, milk and oil and let it boil. When it reaches boiling point add flour mixed with baking powder and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth. Continue cooking and stirring until the mixture begins to come away from the sides of the pan and comes together as a ball. Take off the heat and set aside until cool. At this stage add the eggs one at the time and mix till completely combined. Transfer the mixture n the appropriate syringe or a piping bag with a large nozzle. Pipe the batter straight into the pan with hot oil. Fry gently till the pastry begins to puff up and continue frying until golden color. Use a slotted spoon to remove the pastries. Put them in a large baking pan than cover them with prepared syrup. Transfer to a serving plate and put it into the fridge till serving time. If desired you may add few slices of lemon in the syrup while it cooks

Mmmm...
Fantasticno izgledaju ali ja nemam spric za tulumbe.
Kada dodjem, moracu da kupim sva pomagala koja su neophodna za pripremanje tvoih divnih djakonija.

Upravo sam napravila tulumbe po tvom receptu Minja, i svakom ga toplo preporucujem.Mali savet onima koji nameraveju da ih prave o mogucstvu spremajte ih kada ste same u kuci, inace cete ih jedva odbraniti od ukucana dok se ne ohlade i natope, tako su dobre.

Dragana, nisam probala iz rerne,a verovatno i neću,jer sam jednom tako spremala krofne iz rerne i rekla sam nikad više
Što se tiče sirupa,njega spremi pre i ohladi. Ponekad ispržene tulumbe iz ulja stavljam direktno u ohlađen sirup i tu mi stoje dok ne ispržim drugu turu. Onda tulumbe izvadim u odgovarajuću posudu, a u sirup tek izvađene tulumbe iz ulja. Na kraju,kada su sve tulumbe gotove, prelijem ih sa preostalim sirupom i ostavim u frižider da se ohlade.

pravi recept i moze da se koristi za tulumbe koje se peku u rerni(mnogo su ukusnije i ne osjeca se ulje)..Poslasticarka
