200 gr namenskog brašna za domaću testeninu tip 500
2 jaja
Za fil:
500 gr mešanog mlevenog mesa
1 veća glavica crnog luka
200 gr šampinjona
3 češnja belog luka
so i biber
1 kašika maslaca
Za preliv:
150 gr kačkavalja
5 jaja
2 čaše kisele pavlake
I još treba:
100 gr parmezana
100 ml maslinovog ulja
4-5 kašika kečapa
1/2 kašičice mašavine začina
100 gr kačkavalja
Brašno sipati u odgovarajuću činiju, napraviti udubljenje u sredini i tu staviti jaja. Viljuškom ili kašikom polako mešati jaja i brašno, a kasnije rukama zamesiti testo. Testo pokriti ili uviti u rastegljivu foliju i ostaviti da odstoji 30 minuta. U međuvremenu pripremiti fil.
Luk sitno iseći, pa propržiti na zagrejanom maslacu. Dodati mleveno meso, šampinjone isečene na listiće, beli luk, biber i so po ukusu. Sve zajedno propržiti, pa staviti na stranu da se ohladi.
Testo podeliti na 3 dela, zatim razvucite oklagijom ili još bolje uz pomoć mašine za testeninu, da debljina razvučenog testa bude oko 2 mm. Seći kvadrate na 10 x 10 cm. Svaki kvadrat posuti parmezanom, a onda pri dnu jedne strane staviti fil. Urolati testo praveći tubu, tj kanelone.
Na dnu odgovarajuće vatrostalne posude izmešati maslinovo ulje, kečap i začine, a onda složiti napravljene kanelone.
Umutiti jaja sa pavlakom i preliti preko kanelona. Preko toga narendati kačkavalj i staviti da se peče u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C dok ne porumeni.

Homemade stuffed cannelloni
Ingredients needed:
·200 gr of pastry flour
·2 eggs
For the filling
·500 gr of mixed ground meat
·Salt and pepper
·1 tablespoon of butter
For the dressing
150 gr ofkačkavalj (cheese)
5 eggs
2 cups of sour cream
Also needed
100 gr parmesan cheese
100 ml of olive oil
4-5 tablespoon of ketchup
1/2 teaspoons of mixed seasoning
100 gr of cheese(trapist)
Pour flour in the bowl, make a dent in the middle and add eggs. With help of fork slowly mix eggs and flour, and later with hands knead in the dough. Cover the dough and wrap in plastic foil and leave 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling.
Chop the onions and sauté them in the heated butter. Add ground meat, sliced mushrooms, garlic, pepper and salt as desired. Sauté all together and leave it on the side to cool. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts, roll with rolling pin or even better with help of pasta machine if you have one. Roll it into thickness of 2 mm. Cut each square to 10 x 10 cm. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and at the bottom of one side put the custard in. Roll it into shape of tube (cannellini). At the bottom of the appropriate heat- resisting dish blend ketchup, olive oil, and spices and then arrange prepared cannellini in the dish. Whisk eggs with cream and pour over (cannellini). Shred some kackavelj (cheese) on top and put to bake in the preheated oven on 180 C until it turns golden color.
Joj super, obožavam kanelone, ovim nadevom ih nisam punila. Moraću da isprobam recept. A kanelone ne pravim, kod mene na pijaci ih prodaju u pakovanju od nekih 16-20 komada za samo 45din. Za te pare ne vredi da se mlatiš i praviš
